Did you like going to parks as a child?

答案朗读 1

To be honest, not really. I was a bit shy as a child. There were always a lot of children in parks, making them too noisy and crowded for me. Because of that, I didn't really enjoy playing in parks.

Do you like going to parks nowadays?

答案朗读 2

Yes, nowadays I often go to parks to take a walk. I think roaming through those wide and open areas is a really good way to let off some steam.

Would you like to see more parks in your city?

答案朗读 3

Yes, definitely. Right now, I live in Beijing, which is a very commercial city full of high-rise buildings. Living in this concrete jungle can feel a little bit stressful sometimes, so having more parks would definitely be a good thing.

Do you like taking scenery pictures?

答案朗读 4

Yes, of course. My hometown is a bit of a rural city with many stunning landscapes. Growing up surrounded by that kind of natural scenery, I really enjoy taking photos of it.

Do you look out the window at sceneries when traveling by bus or car?

答案朗读 5

Yes, of course. I find it very relaxing to look out the window when traveling by car. It's good for my eye health, and it's also a great way to clear my mind since I don't need to worry about anything else.

Do you prefer the mountains or the sea?

答案朗读 6

I think I would prefer the sea. My hometown is surrounded by mountains, so I rarely get to see the ocean. Because of that, I really appreciate the sea and find it very beautiful.

Do you like reading?

答案朗读 7

I think it depends on what I'm reading. I don't really enjoy reading novels or fiction. I spend much more of my time reading academic papers.

Do you prefer scanning or details reading?

答案朗读 8

I actually prefer detailed reading. Even when I read novels, there are a lot of interesting details, and if you miss them, you might completely misunderstand the plot. Similarly, when reading academic papers, it's also very important to focus on the details.

Would you prefer to read on paper or on a screen?

答案朗读 9

Since I spend most of my time reading academic papers, I prefer reading them on a screen. It's much more convenient for taking notes. I don't need an eraser; I can just undo things easily. Also, if I come across a word I don't know, I can instantly copy and paste it into an electronic dictionary to get the meaning.

When do you need to read carefully and when not?

答案朗读 10

I feel like I always need to read carefully, regardless of what I'm reading. As I mentioned, important information is often hidden in the details. If I miss those crucial details, I could easily misinterpret the text.

Describe an advertisement with a famous person in it.

答案朗读 11

I'd like to talk about an advertisement featuring a famous person that I saw on social media about a month ago. The famous person in it is a well-known English teacher who used to work at New Oriental. This advertisement was actually promoting his own business after he left the company. The advertisement consists of three parts. In the first part, he talks to some students who study at his workshop, and they describe the enjoyable and encouraging atmosphere there. The second part shows the famous teacher talking with his colleagues. They express their opinions freely, which highlights their positive working environment. Finally, the last part features the teacher talking about his new online learning platform, which he built himself using AI tools and VIP coding. I think this is a really successful advertisement because it clearly shows how his workshop operates and illustrates what a successful business looks like within just a couple of minutes.

Is advertising important for a company or product?

答案朗读 12

Yes, I think it's very important. Sometimes companies have really good products or significant achievements, but without advertising, it's hard for the public to know about them. Advertising their products helps boost their sales and also raises their reputation.

Why do you think so many companies choose celebrities to endorse their products?

答案朗读 13

I think it's because the public generally trusts celebrities. People tend to think that if a famous person uses a product, it must be good. Additionally, popular idols have many fans who will support them by purchasing the products they endorse.

Why are some advertisements boring?

答案朗读 14

There could be many reasons why an advertisement might be boring. For example, if it doesn't have catchy background music (BGM), people will easily forget it. Also, if the colors used aren't vibrant, it struggles to catch people's attention. Sometimes, they just lack an interesting or surprising element, causing people to lose interest quickly.

What is the most important factor in an advertisement? What makes an advertisement successful?

答案朗读 15

I believe there are many elements that can make an advertisement successful. For instance, as I mentioned, they can hire celebrities to endorse their products or use catchy BGM. Another effective approach is telling an interesting story, so people don't just see it as a typical ad but watch it like a movie. Elements like these can make an advertisement much more impressive and memorable.
